Makeup brushes need to be cleaned regularly. You are not only removing all the makeup, but also the dirt, oil, dead skin and bacteria that build up in the brushes. There are products made specifically for cleaning makeup brushes, but you can also use gentle shampoos (baby shampoo work well) or coconut oil to get the job done! 

After applying an eye primer, try using a pale pencil or white eye shadow base. It will create a foundation so that shadow's true colour can shine, rather than a variation of it that will appear when applied directly to your skin.

Natural Makeup Remover:

Coconut oil is not only great for your skin, it takes off even the toughest mascaras without irritating your eyes. Simply use a small amount on your finger tip and gently rub into your lashes. Wipe away with cotton ball or wash as per your regular beauty regime.
